The experience was great and Emily did a fantastic job.

Done right the 1st time

The text that I received, the amount due was different than the amount on the receipt that I received and the amount charged to my CC was different from both. They were supposed to refund a small amount to my Long Chevrolet account. And then I realized I was charged for a tire rotation when I had bought the tires there. They said they would apply the $25 tire rotation to my Long Chevrolet account, but I didn't get anything showing a credit to my account for either, so I probably didn't get the tax charged on the $25. IMHO I think they are LACKING in attention to detail.

Was George $415 and nothing was fixed $200 for a dialysis diagnostic. I’m sorry for diagnostic test then another $149 for a AC test after I told the Service Tech what was wrong with it and what it was doing, but I feel like that I was taken For I’ve done business with you guys before but I will never do business again $415 later and my vehicle is still like it was in the beginning to me that is Highway robbery I’m sorry but I cannot do business for you guys again thank you and have a blessed day

KayLee was great and made sure my experience was the best.
