When I came in to have my 6 month checkup, I was told that they did not have my appointment scheduled in their system. I was upset because I drove 45 miles to have this checkup. What should have been a 45 minute checkup turned into a 2 hour wait.

I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was asked at check in about filing all my fluids and an additive in my oil. I told them yes. I was not quoted a price. My bill was 471. And some change. That is absolutely ridiculous!!! I'm considering taking my car somewhere else for future needs!
